In the event of a fire our work takes on vital importance. Fire related "Life Safety Systems" must work properly when needed....someone's life may depend on it. However, the quality of inspection, testing and maintenance is only as good as the people that carry it out.
 
For this reason we only employ Engineers who are Competent, Experienced, Knowledgeable, Diligent, Qualified and above all, utterly Trustworthy. We have Professional Indemnity, Public & Employers Liability Insurance.....just in case.

SmokeTec Ltd. is an innovative family owned and run Company specialising in the Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Repair
of Smoke Control Systems found in a range of buildings.
 
 

Chris Fletcher manages the SmokeTec business on a daily basis. He is a Chartered Electrical Engineer with many years hands on experience of Smoke Control Systems installation and maintenance.  His experience includes responsibility for the inspection, testing and maintenance of Smoke Control Systems at Wilkinson Stores, Next Retail, Jaguar Cars and  Mainstay Residential Properties.

James Fletcher has a First Class Degree in Surveying and is working towards full membership of R.I.C.S. He efficiently runs the SmokeTec office and co-ordinates the activities of our Test & Inspection Team.
